It all started in 1971 when Michelle Shear’s parents launched their air conditioning and heating business, Nicholson Installations Pty Ltd. Michelle and her husband, Neville, took over the business in 2003, changing the name to Shear Comfort Air Conditioning. Their son joined the couple-duo in 2006, passing down the tradition three generations.

Residential air conditioning work is our bread and butter; however, we’ve done a number of large commercial jobs, including restaurants, schools and hotels. We also work with local builders and real estate agents.
